Save Money! Renew Your Books!

Did you know that you can renew your library books and avoid late fees? Overdue library books cost 10 cents per day. The fines stop at $1.50 per book. So, if you have 2 books out, both late for 15 days, you owe $3.00. Bummer! Why pay? If you need more time with a book, just come by the library (we love to see you) and renew your books. As long as no one else has placed a hold on them, you can renew them as many times as you want!

Senior "Book Bills"

So, recently your senior English teacher may have given you a "Book Bill" asking you to return all your books to the library. Really? Not exactly! Knowing how expensive senior year can be, and how each spring, right before prom, seniors scramble to find those old books from previous years, or to find the cash to pay for them, we thought we'd give you a headstart.

"Return my books?! School just started! I'm using them!", right? No, NOT the books you're USING. We mean those books from previous years that you lost behind your bed, or wherever! Start digging those out or start saving so you can clear your book bills in plenty of time before prom, graduation, etc. We want to help you avoid long lines and big bills!
